In the 80's and before, it was a bit easier to find beekeepers that would collect bees for free. Now, with Africanized bees, diseases, time restraints, liabilities, and in some cases the difficulty of where the bees build their nest, it's not as easy to find someone who wants to remove your bees for free. Removing the honey is often key in solving a bee problem. If the bees are in a house or structure it may take a large amount of time and effort to remove the beehive, and possibly repair work if needed. It also takes time to turn that beehive into a productive, healthy bee colony. For areas Adkins provides bee removal in visit the county bee removal page to see if service is available. Lyle Nelson | We recently purchased a property that has bees in the barn. We will want them removed, but was wondering what the usual arrangement is between bee keepers and land owners. Is there a cash rental arrangement for having the hives on the property or a share in the honey arrangement? Thanks, Lyle

Tina Avila | These clusters are on a ranch one hour from Corpus Christi, Texas going toward Laredo, TX. Last year while doing some building, a large portion of the church steeple fell due to the weight of the honey. These bees sting and have attached church goers and an old man that voluteered to do lawn maintenance. He was a volunteer and was very sick for a while. The little church is not rich but they need help in getting rid of the bees. If I send pictures can you give me an estimate?
Beekeeper: Hey there, Tina...
Sorry to hear that the bees are causing so many problems. When you get the chance, navigate to our San Antonio bee removal page and give Harold a call. Explain your situation to him and he should be able to send someone out, or look at some pictures and give you a free estimate.
bonnie | i have a lot of bee's around my chimmney and they are coming in the house ,what can i do ? they are coming in the attic and down in my living room.
Beekeeper: Bonnie,
Typically, when bees are seen flying around the top of the chimney and coming through the fireplace, they are most likely new scout bees or a new swarm that has no honeycomb. If this is the case and you haven't ever noticed them there before, then most beekeepers might tell you to start a good smokey fire going to drive the bees out or to keep them from wanting to move in. This is only effective if the bees have no established hive inside of the flue.
If that doesn't work, feel free to give us a call Bowling Green, Kentucky bee removal.
Drew | I have a lot of bees around my shed. They look to be Carpenter Bees. Wondering if Beekeepers are interested in these types of bees. If so, do you have a telephone number for me to call?
