These are hornets; looks like European Hornet, generally as long as they don't perceive u as a threat u can get up to 6 feet or so. Some people are more comfortable then others. Other causes of types of aggression depend on if the nest has been being agitated, then they'll be more aggressive and protective. These hornets will abandon this nest in the winter. | |
